MoveLuma is a healthcare communication practice service operated by Media Yard LLC (“Media Yard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Media Yard LLC is responsible for the information processed through MoveLuma. This policy explains what information we process when you use the website and free practice experience.
Information we process
- Practice audio: when you record a response, it is securely sent to our service for transcription and feedback.
- Transcript and feedback: a transcript is created so your response can be evaluated and returned to you.
- Practice history: recent scenario names, scores, and dates are saved locally in your browser. Transcripts are not included.
- Waitlist details: if you join the beta list, we collect your email address, signup time, and which signup path or plan prompted your request.
- Technical data: our infrastructure may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, and security logs. A one-way daily identifier derived from your IP is used to enforce practice limits.
How we use information
We use information to provide transcription and feedback, prevent abuse, maintain security, operate the beta waitlist, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Audio and transcript retention
MoveLuma does not intentionally store practice audio or transcripts in its application database. They are processed to return the requested feedback. Infrastructure providers may temporarily process request data to operate and secure their services.
Service providers and international processing
We use Cloudflare to host the website, process AI requests, maintain our database, and protect the service. We may use Resend to deliver requested beta confirmations and product emails. Because MoveLuma is available worldwide, information may be processed outside your country under applicable provider safeguards.
Your choices
You can decline microphone access. You can remove locally saved history by clearing this site’s browser storage. You may request access to or deletion of your beta email by contacting us.
Health information and children
Do not include real patient names, medical records, or identifying health information in practice responses. MoveLuma is a learning tool, not a clinical record system or medical service. The service is not directed to children under 16.
